Rentals
The Barn at Ridgeland is available
for use by outside organizations on a five-acre site. It can
accommodate 80 guests for theater-style programs, 70 guests
for banquets, and 125 people for receptions. An attached terrace (covered from late April - October) can seat an additional 70 guests for banquets and 120 for receptions. Several areas on the facility are suitable for tents, which can accommodate up to 500 people (tent not included in facility rental). The Barn has audio-visual equipment, a state-of-the-art
kitchen, tables, chairs, and restrooms.

The Ridgeland grounds’ historic beauty makes it a popular
spot for parties, while the Barn’s rustic charm makes
it an ideal location for private events, conferences, meetings,
retreats, and more. There is plenty of parking available for
this facility.
Availability:
The Barn and facility are available for full day meetings, parties, receptions, ceremonies, and tented
events on holiday weekends, Saturdays after 3:00 PM, and Sundays. To check availability, please e-mail amitton@twcp.org.
Restrictions:
- Except for tented events, renters may not drop anything off or pick anything up before or after the start and end times of their event. Renters must work around TWCP program schedules when scheduling event logistics.
- TWCP does not have a required vendor list. However, all caterers and tent vendors must carry at least $500,000 of insurance. If the renter is not using a caterer or tent vendor, they do not need to carry insurance. Only professional caterers (with insurance) will have access to TWCP's kitchen facility.
- Non-meeting renters must make a $250 security deposit. If there is any damage to the property, a portion of the security deposit will be retained. If the deposit does not cover all damages, the renter will be assessed additional fees.
- Facility rental does not include set-up or breakdown of tables and chairs.
